1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and ck44c ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ck44c platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms govern all activities conducted on the platform. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use the ck44c platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or self-excluded from ck44c or any other gaming platform for a period that has not yet expired.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ck44c platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances and permanent suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

ck44c reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Users who fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. ck44c will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ck44c supports a variety of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfers through institutions such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review. ck44c does not accept cash deposits.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Approved withdrawals are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to payment provider processing times. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before funds are released. ck44c reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

Fees and Currency

ck44c does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees. All winnings, bonuses, and balances are denominated in BDT. Currency conversion is not available on the platform.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ck44c offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact rollover multiplier is displayed within the specific promotion page. ck44c reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period, after which any unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account balance without prior notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44c platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banning:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, or payment method.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament hosted on the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain funds, bonuses, or advantages not intended by ck44c.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ck44c platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, and structural design, is the proprietary intellectual property of ck44c or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44c shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including any losses of profits, data, or goodwill, even if ck44c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck44c makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game available on it. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or regulatory changes) may temporarily affect platform availability without giving rise to any claim against ck44c.

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

ck44c is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
